I am convinced that my 5204 w/alarm option is installed WRONG.  It was installed in a 2006 F250 6.0l Diesel.  The remote start works great.  The alarm is a POS (probably because it's installed wrong).  Not good enough of a typest to give all the details here.  Can I call or come to your shop if you can help.

I would like to re-install it myself tracing all the wiring and comparing the install to ASTROCHART but the company won't tell you anything but to go to the dealer where you bought it.  Well.....what do you know......since the merger/buyout my dealer decided NOT to continue to sell ASTROFLEX.  No dealers (less than 50 miles), no instructions, no software, no company assistance.  wth?  They WERE supposed to be the BEST out there.

I am in PA and would appreciate any Astrostart experienced tech that could troublshoot and correct my wiring issue or LOAN me what I need to correct this myself.  CONFUSED?.....yah, ME TOO!

Unless you are a different KTM then the one who already sent me "screenshots" of the installation procedure,  I have everything needed to correct the problem.   Thank you once again.  I sent you a 'thank you' PM....or was it to some other KTM?
