1993 honda civic si 2 door coupe. 1.6L Manual.

I am getting custom brackets made for my 300 A custom alternator made by Dominik Iraggi.  This alternator has a positive terminal which I was told goes directly to battery and one brown wire which he told me is the ignition wire.  My only problem with this is I don't know where this wire goes...

I looked up the vechicle wiring database on this site and under the alarm, remote starter, keyless entry wiring information I found this...

Constant 12V+White Ignition Switch Harness
StarterBLACK/ White Ignition Switch Harness
IgnitionBLACK / YELLOW Ignition Switch Harness
AccessoryYellow Ignition Switch Harness

Is that Ignition wire the one I want to connect the alternator wire too?  Also where is this located in my car?  Lastly what does it do for the alternator?

Thanks, Michael

There should be an ignition wire on the plug for your old alternator.   Use it.

Where would I be able to get a wiring diagram of the alternator?
