I just bought the Orange Electronics Retro-Fit TPMS system.  It has a display that can be powered by a plug in cigarette lighter power supply or by hardwiring the system.  It tells me to connect the wires to the ACC, VCC, Neutral in the fuse box.

My question lies there, where can I locate these connection points.  I want the system display to turn on when the key is turned on (like most other items in the vehicle) and for it to be off when the key is off/removed.

Any inputs are welcomes.

I 'm not familliar with the brand you have, however most all devices that can be plugged into the cig lighter or 12v outlet can be "hard wired" very simply. Just find something in your fuse box (look in owners manual to locate where it is) that is "hot" (has 12v +) only when your your key is in the "on" position. You connect the + wire to this fuse, and ground the - wire to a ground point under the dash. Go to any auto parts store and buy a "piggyback" fuse. It replaces the fuse is that you select . It has what looks like a fuse end , a place for the fuse you removed. and a place for a new fuse with a 12v + lead. Connect the 12v + lead from your TPMS to the lead from the "piggyback" select an appropriate size fuse (10 amp for example)  for the device, put the original fuse in it's proper place in the "piggyback" , and then plug it into the empty fuse slot. Pick something like the radio fuse for example. It is usually 10amp and only works when the key is in the "on" position. All of this is harder to explain than it is to do,so just go to the parts store and ask for a "piggyback" fuse holder. Once you see it , it should be clear as to what to do. If not, then go to a mechanic, stereo install shop, or whatever. Because if it doesn't look simple, don;t screw with it. I''ve wire all sorts of things like this and it's really pretty simple. But if you don't know what you're doing, well, you can fry alot of doodie really quick. And then you have a screwed up truck as well as your wife on your case.
