I belive somewhere on the drivers side in the rear. Under all the plastic molding, but not for sure.

On my 2003 suburban the stock amp located under the center console mounted near the floor. Chances are your amp is in the same place.

most of the time they are either behind the passengers side glovebox or under the center console.. good luck if you are installing an aftermarket cd player there is a turn on wire you can use behind the dash instead of bypassing the factory amplifier
