I need to find a wire in a 1995 Ford conversion van E150 which is only hot in the run circuit.(it can be hot in start if I can't find run only)Thank you it can be under dash or under the hood Barry

I don't believe such a creature exists,you could pulse a latching relay from the starter wire, unpulse it when ignition goes to ground, otherwise you only have ignition.
