Installed remote start, all good, but OE remote wont unlock car while rs is running car?

also where do you find the OE hood wire??

That is normal for Toyota's.  The factory remote FOBs do not work when the engine is running, either with key or by remote starter.   A remote start with keyless is the way to go with Toyota's.

As far as the hood trigger, it will be there if and only if the car has factory security.  It is a (-) Red wire at the hood pin itself.
