I am installing a remote start /alarm, it a viper 5901. I have not installed a bypass yet. I try to start with the remote whie the key is in the ignition. The 5901 try's to start but the engin won't kick. Checked voltage at starter side of the wire at ignition and it does have 12 volts for a few seconds when it's trying to start.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you supplying ( isolated ) power to all of the vehicle ignition wires? There are 2 Ignition wires, 2 Starter wires and one Accessory wire. Done properly, this would use all of the Vipers H3 outputs and an additional external relay.

Looks like all I'm missing is the second starter wire, can I use the pink / white wire (H3/7) to connect to the starter side of the car? What wire to connect to the key side?

H3/1 PINK (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT Black @ ignition switch
H3/2 RED / WHITE (+) FUSED (30A) IGNITION 2 WHITE/ Black @ ignition switch
H3/3 ORANGE (+) ACCESSORY OUTPUT Gray @ ignition switch
H3/4 VIOLET (+) STARTER OUTPUT (CAR SIDE)Yellow @ ignition switch cut wire
H3/5 GREEN (+) STARTER INPUT (KEY SIDE) Yellow @ ignition switch cut wire
H3/6 RED (+) FUSED (30A) IGNITION 1 INPUT WHITE/ Black @ ignition switch

Thank you once again, one more question, the red wire at the ignition switch (starter 2) needs not to be cut, right? The pin 30 wire just needs to tapped into the red starter 2?
I will be getting the pkall for the transponder bypass and once I make these connections I should be good to go, thanks to you.

Correct, no need to cut Starter2, just tap on the Relay Pin 30 output wire. Verify that the truck won't crank the starter & start with the key when the Viper alarm is set.
