Not positive above the Euro models but...

Add a 1000 ohm resistor to your test ground ( earth ) link and hit that same wire that unlocks with a ground..  It should lock.  If that works and your aftermarket system has internal relays for the lock outputs, you should be all set.

Soldering is fun!

Suggest you've taken your power supply from the wrong end of a sleeper circuit, try the constant feed to the ignition switch or fuse box.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

Window switches are ignition controlled, go back, open a door and wait 30 minutes then test again, bet the wire you've chosen goes dead after a while.
What you can probably here are the internal lock/unlock relays clicking over, tells me poor power supply or earthing point.
Also worth a voltage check between 12V+ constant (which as I said before I believe is your problem) and your earthing point.
