Hi everyone, i need the wiring diagram for a ford focus mk2.5 2008 eu version Start/Alarm keyless etc..

No easy answer, you're right on the changeover for the electrical systems.
How to test:-
If starter wire at the ignition switch is grey/black, then earlier.
If starter wire at ignition switch is either 1 or 2 blue/white then later.
Find out and I'll tell you from there.
The reason being the lock and door trigger wires are completely different.
It would be easier to use a Viper/Clifford system with DB-ALL to cover things like door, hood, hatch and hatch release.

I have grey/black wire in ignition switch,
Now i cant find power lock BLACK/ red an inlock yelow/black.. Hope you can help m thanks.

Look for the CEM module, combining fusebox and body control.
Plug underneath marked "cookpit" BLACK/ orange lock and BLACK/ green unlock.
If you can't find them then you need a CAN bus module such as the DEI DB-ALL2.
There's a major importer in Italy.

Thanks again sir! How about othere wire like door trigger,trunk, horn etc.. Can i find them all in gem module?

All doors, BLACK / YELLOW, plug at top of CEM module. Not called a GEM from 05, now called CEM.
Hatch, blue/black, loom under rear seat.
Hood add a switch.
All the dome lights, (aka courtesy, interior and hatch) diode to the hot (orange primary),
1N4004, band towards light bulb.
