I need to know which wire on the diagnostics plug is my VSS (Vehicle Speed Senor) wire? What color is the wire ?

I am trying to install Rostra Cruise Control and I am not having good luck with instructions. There are also two wires I am suppose to be hooking into the gas pedal. The instructions state Pin 1 and 4 but don't list the color for them either. Here is a link to instruction that came from Rostra.
