I need to know how to hook up 6 switches to the keyed 12v ignition so that they only work when the car is running. Hooking them direct to battery is not ideal, so each switch needs a keyed 12v ignition source. Car is a 2000 Camaro. Is using a fused distribution block the way to go and can I just run a single fuse tap on my car from the ignition fuse on the cars fuse panel to the distribution block and run 6 wires from the fused distribution block or is that too much load on the circuit. Here's the wiring diagram:

Assuming the bottle opener and exhaust cutouts aren't operated at the same time, the 20A draw each stated for each would tax an existing system IMO. The line lock is probably less than 5A as is the NOS 15974. LNC-2000 is a trigger input (minimal), as are the purge and heater relays.
Why not use an ignition triggered relay with fused battery power from the DC32V 6-way. Have that relay output feed the DC32V 8-way.

When you say ignition triggered relay with fused battery power from DC32V 6 way, would it be like this:

Add another relay:

Pin 30 - to main pole on DC32V 6 way. Also coming off that main pole on the 6 way is the 8awg wire leading to the battery. This 8 awg wire leading to battery will have a 40A in line fuse

Pin 87 - to main pole on DC32V 8 way which has all the ignition trigger wires coming off it.

Pin 85 - Ground

Pin 86 - to keyed 12v ignition source wire - There is a single spade connector hole on the fuse box in the car on the side of the dash marked IGN. I'll use a small male spade. What should I fuse this line leading to the relay at? 25A?

Is this what you had in mind?

ignition, terminal 86 need not be fused. make sure it's connection point (IGN terminal on vehicle's fusebox) is fused.

Switches are not getting power. Everything on the 6 way dis block is getting power. Can you take a look at this wiring diagram, specifically the relay labeled as "RELAY 1"?

On these relays,

30 Power feed
86 Activation feed
87 Normally open
87a Normally closed
85 Ground

So the 12v keyed ignition source is confirmed with test light to have power before it touches the relay. Coming out of the relay pin 30 is confirmed to have power. Ground is confirmed good, as I put the test light on a positive source and touched it to the ground coming off pin 85.

Pin 87A is not used.
The wiring coming off Pin 87 is not lighting up, so no power.

The purpose of this relay is to send power to the DC32V 8 way fuse block holder and for that 8 way fuse block holder to only have power running through it when the car is turned on, hence the keyed ign source.

I even switched the 12v keyed ignition to pin 87 and the wire leading to the DC32 8 Way fuse block holder to pin 86, and still no power to the 8 way fuse block holder.

What is causing the fuse block holder to not receive power even though what ever is coming out of pin 30 has power and the incoming 12v keyed ingnition source into the relay has power.

Is the wiring diagram as written for relay 1 to provide power to the 8 way fuse block holder only when the car is on correct as written? Could the relay be burned out?

Remove relay #1, jumper term 30 and term 87 at relay socket terminals...are the circuits powered? bad relay. still dead, open circuit on wiring to terms 30 and 87.
