The Honda City is not sold in the U.S.  The closest model in the States is the Fit.  Here is the info from that vehicle :
Tachometer   Brown, Red, Blue, or Yellow  (ac)         @ fuel injector harness on driver side of engine

I believe this info is for a 1.5L VTEC engine.  Use a Digital Multi Meter set to 20V AC to test for this signal.  Typical readings will be
around 1.0 VAC and rise slightly with RPM's.

Soldering is fun!

Same vehicle Kreg, it's called the Honda Jazz here.
Usually owned by senior members of my lot holding up the traffic, AKA Honda Snail.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
