Trying to locate a 2016 Kia Rio radio wiring diagram. Anyone know where I can find one? I'm trying to install line output converter for new subwoofer and amp to stock head unit. Thanks for your help.

Above link is to the harness to put a new radio into that vehicle. If you click on the picture you can see where the speaker wires are located in the harness. The pictured harness will plug into the plug you would remove from your factory radio. From left to right you can see the arrangement is Green White Grey Violet. The negative wires are at the bottom of the plug. You can see the black stripe on the lower green wire.

Mr. I. ever occurred to you to wonder why all the major aftermarket manufacturers standardised on their wire colours but not of course the auto manufacturers themselves?
They can't even agree on pin configurations for ISO or MOST plugs.
