If you are trying to change out the radio look into purchasing a Metra 70-5520. You will have to find a switched power source because that radio is data controlled. If you do not want to have to find a switched power source, a Metra XSVI-5520 may work on that vehicle. Metra does not list it, but it should work.

Thank you I'll buy the metra stuff and let you know if it works. Is there an easier plug and play option? A radio with sat nav ect...?

I bought the Metra XSVI-5520 kit. It worked great. The only other thing you need to buy is the radio antenna adapter.

This was on a Ford F-350 2016 truck and a Jensen 7022 radio.

Sorry I missed your earlier post. They do make an xsvi 5520 nav that also gives you speed sense. And it is only a few dollars more.
