The second link you posted is the correct manual. The 5906, 5806 and 5706 are 2-way models. The 5606 is 2-way ready (same antenna), but only comes with 1-way remotes.

I saw "Viper" in the URL and "5706" in the manual but no mention of Viper, Python, Clifford, or DEI, in the actual PDF, which I've read are essentially all the same thing.
