Hello, Im trying to install fog lights for my civic 99, they are already installed but they stopeed working, I took it to an electric and told me that they where connected directly to the battery. So I wanna do the correct instalation, can anyone help me?

Thats why i wass thinking in doing it with the diagram, as a little background, Im a Pilot so the simple the better :D

Fog light installation is very basic.

  • Three wires GROUND, CONSTANT & SWITCHED
    • The lights will have 2 wires on them one is ground and one is the switched 12 volts
    • Wire the switch with the GROUND on one end of the switch and the 12 volts on the other end
    • The wire in the middle will be connected to the other wire coming from the lights ( SWITCHED 12 volts )
