I'm installing a remote starter in one of my friend 95 sunfire (manual trans) and i'm wondering if they have a passlock like the 96 sunfire? And in the vehicle database it says that the tach wire is on the passenger side under the hood, but there is no wire on the passenger side. Could i get the signal from one of the injector wire?

Your tach wire is in a harness passing over the trans.  there are 2 white wires....only one shows tach.

Yes you have a passlock 1
