on this truck I installed a viper 791 alarm /rs/key, used the 555l and 456g, the problem I have is the doors unlocking, when remote started, Is there a way around this? thanks for any help

ive had this problem before with dool lock interfaces. usually i will just hook up the pulse after start output to the door lock input of the interface and it will relock the doors. i usually use audiovox alarms and they have this output. i don't know if the viper has this or not.

Yes there is a way. Use a crimestopper gm-u.7 bypass/doorlock module. Always works and has the heated seat activation on cold days.
