Would anyone know if the stereo wiring for a 2004 GMC Sierra  is the same as a 2004 Chevy Silverado ?  or if anyone would possibly have a stereo wiring diargram for a 04 GMC Sierra  it would greatly be appreciated

With it being the Class 2 Serial Data you will need a special harness that comes with a doorchime and data interface box. Ball park $50 any store like best buy or Circuit City should have it. Yes you could run a new acc. wire to the fuse panel and hard wire the rest, but I've been told with out that harness you will run into issues with the dealer or when you go to get your emissions done on using the odb2 connection won't give the proper readings.
