is it possible to get an accessoey power source to a relay in this vehicle? I need to power a DVD and screen. thanks

Ignition pink  +  ignition harness
Accessory orange  +  ignition harness   
Second Accessory brown  +  ignition harness

Is it possible to get one that stays on like the radio? or do you have to have the adaptor harness that retains factory chime and gives accessory.

That feature is controlled by the databus wire and is a function of the stereo itself; the short answer is no, there is no wire that stays hot until you open a door.

The acc wire on a "quality" after market chime interface(if you installing an after market head unit)will give you that option. Use a relay for more than a 1 amp need.
