After installing a remote start in my truck. It comes on and shuts off a few seconds later. It does this three times. Can anyone help?

did you install the bypass needed?  i usually use a dei 556uw that takes a key.

what remote start are you useing brand name and model number

did you preform the tach learn on the unit,

no i went with the no tach option

The unit is not detecting the tach, use the tach input instead of voltage sense. If this still doesn't solve the problem, disconnect the bypass module and insert a key into the key cylinder and try to remote start the truck, if successful, then it's the bypass not working properly. If it still doesn't work, then you may have missed an IGN or ACC wire during installation.

i had the same problem in an eclipse and a ford f 150 as stated before the no tac or voltage option usually doesnt work i had the same symptons and hooked up the tac wire and it worked beautiful !! good luck

TACH Any wire that is NOT RED or RED / LIGHT GREEN  @ IGNITON COIL or FUEL INJECTORS
