I searched but didn't find anything - does anyone have a pdf copy of the Viper Door Lock Wiring Guide (doc 1401)? It's only available to Viper dealers. I'm trying to decide between the 320hv and the 350hv, and the main issue is the installation of actuators - as far as I can tell the 320 has onboard relays and the 350 doesn't, so the 320 would be a little easier to wire up the actuators as it has the wiring diagrams all in the install manual.

I probably would be able to figure out installing my own relays with the 350hv, but I'd like to have a gander at the lock wiring guide if it's possible.

Regarding the choice between the 320/350 - which would -you- guys choose, and why?

Thanks a lot,

Isaac

I like onboard Relays better for any application.
(dont have to worry about not drawing enough current when locking and unlocking, like a car needs more than 200ma. or when you want to use your unlock pulse to act as your factory alarm disarm wire too.)

Id say get the 320 if you do not plan on adding switches in the future. Easy to wire, much neater than using external relays.

I agree about the ease of installation but I'd probably learn a lot more installing the relays myself, and it would mean I could add switches in the future. I'm still undecided, but I'm leaning towards the 350 since it seems to have a few more features and far better online support (search google for "viper 320hv", you get all of three results!).

Any other opinions?
