I've got a 1990 mark7 with the JBL premium audio in it, I'm trying to find a wiring diagram for it so I can put in a new head unit. Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated as there are around 15 different wires a few of which I have no idea what they go to. Also I have no clue how to hook up the speakers since they have there own harness.

get you a premium sound harrnes to wire it up but if your harness has already been cut out here you go

LR Speaker +/- gry/lt blu-pk/lt blu    amplifier under rear deck
RR Speaker +/- org/red - wht/pur    amplifier under rear deck
