I found a stereo wiring diagram but it does not match the color wires available from the factory stereo connector. I have figured out everythign except the constant 12V supply wire for stereo unit memory. My findings are...

yellow - 12V switch
black - gnd
one of many grey - antenna switch
light GREEN/ dark green - FL speaker +/-
etc...

I can't find the constant 12V wire! There's an orange wire that I though would be 12V, but when I check with a volt meter, nothing. I checked fuses and everything. Can I just grab any other constant 12V wire I find in dash cable assembly?

Radio 12v gray  +  radio harness
Radio Ground black  -  radio harness
Radio Ignition ORANGE / black  +  radio harness
Radio Illumination blue  +  radio harness
Factory Amp Turn-on pink/black  +  radio harness
Notes: If equipped, the amplifier is in the passenger side of the trunk.
Power Antenna GREEN/ black  +  radio harness
LF Speaker +/- green - blue  +,- radio harness
RF Speaker +/- gray - RED / orange  +,- radio harness
LR Speaker +/- orange - pink  +,- radio harness
RR Speaker +/- white - red  +,- radio harness

This is what directechs lists, but it obviously doesnt match your findings.  Just check your fuses and test wires, 12 volt should be easy to find.  Otherwise you can go to the ignition harness and run a wire from there.  Make sure to fuse this wire though.
