What colors correspond to positive/negative on the speaker wires front and rear for a 2007 Ford Ranger?

Here is the schematic on your 07 Ranger. Hope it helps.



LF Speaker +/-      white - WHITE/ brown       +,-      radio harness or amp under driv seat     
RF Speaker +/-      WHITE/ purple - WHITE/ orange       +,-      radio harness or amp under driv seat     
LR Speaker +/-      WHITE/ green - BROWN / yellow       +,-      radio harness or amp under driv seat     
RR Speaker +/-      BROWN / white - BROWN / blue       +,-      radio harness or amp under driv seat
