Hi guys!

A couple wires I'm wondering about: (for 98 Civic SI, btw - same as EX in the US)

First, I'm going to be installing my alarm, and have most of the wires figured out, but it asks for the (+) Door Trigger Input... I know the (-) DTI is light GREEN/ red, in the green connecor behind the radio, as per the wiring charts on this site... but what's the +? Dome light positive, perhaps? What's its color-code, and where do I find it easily? (besides in the roof)

Second, I bought a pedal kit that lights up blue, and want it to turn on with the gauges and climate control, and work off the dimmer... what wire do I tap into for that?

I would use a relay to switch polarity on the (-) DTI wire to start with. Hookpin 86 and 30 to 12+, connect pin 85 to the (-) DTI wire and 87 will become your (+) DTI. Use fuses as necessary. I believe the Domelight wire is in the Driver A pillar or at the factory alarm plug and will be lt. GREEN/ black but test first to confirm.

Thanks, bnesbitt... I'll have to pick up some relays, looks like...

Now about the gauge lighting, so I can tap into that for my pedals...

anyone? anyone? [/Ben Stein]
