Okay some quick question. I noticed on the menu screen it has a source for navigation on it and was just wondering does this unit have navigation on it.i looked on pioneer and it doesn't say anything about navi. Do i need to buy the disc for that or any other accesory. If not why would it have that option.

AVIC-9DVD, AVIC-90DVD, AVIC-80DVD or AVIC-88DVD will work.  If you get a AVIC-9DVD or AVIC-90DVD both wiill also play DVD movie's but in order to make the touch screen work when you use the NAV you need the CNDV-70MTP, CNDV-50MTP or the CNDV-40MT navigation disks.  CNDV-70MTP being the newest disks(2007).  The AVIC-80DVD and AVIC-88DVD will not play DVD movies, but your head unit will anyway.  All of these units are discontinued from Pioneer, but can still be found on ebay from time to time.  The AVIC-9DVD is the oldest and the AVIC-88DVD is the newest. I listed them in order.
