Hi I installed a Clarion VRX785BT. I connected everything but for some reason the illumination is working and i can't get a signal on the radio. can anyone please help me? any suggestions on what i need to do. its on a 2006 chevy silverado

Did you purchase the appropriate wiring harness from your local stereo shop. If so how much did you pay for it? Did you verify power on the red and yellow wires of the deck? Did you use a meter to do so?
