I unplugged a KNA-G510 from A DDX-6019 and now the navigation does not work.

I was working on a customers vehicle (doing a RS) and they ask me if I could fix the deck that was crooked. Whoever installed the deck didn't use the factory brackets and the radio was loose. So I unplugged the radio to attach the factory brackets and to tape the tangle of wires that they left behind the radio.

After I plugged everything back in to it the KNA-G510 will not work. The radio goes in to navigation but nothing is displayed. I checked all the wiring and there is nothing loose or broken.

Try resetting the deck.  If you plugged in the the deck power before the navi unit, it may not know it's there.

Try downloading the mannual from Kenwoodusa.com, you may have to change the video setting input for nav
