Anyone know if you can add a dvd player to the stock nav screen on a 2003 bmw x5???? thank you

You will need to puchase a tuner module from either of the two companies:
NAV-TV
AV Electronics

Is there any way to do it without buying the $525 piece? They won't have these pieces for another couple of weeks and the customer is wanting to do it sooner. Thanks for any info.
