Is it possible to install a monitor (specifically Pioneer AVD-W6200) into the headrest? I know this model comes with a quick-install kit, which clamps on the headrest poles for easy installation, but I wish to install it into the actual headrest, and cannot find a mounting shroud for this specific monitor.

However, I have seen a custom job on a webiste, which allows me to beleive that it can be done. Can anyone please offer any advice on installing this monitor into my headrests. Besides cutting a hole to insert the monitor, how could I install it and get a secure & clean look?

It can be done without a doubt. You may want to build a headrest bracket for it unless you are really good with fabrication. If you are then you can do this without the bracket. I reccommend building a bracket though it would give the install more support.
