I have seen alot of cars where they will get a 10" monitor or what ever size in place of the factory radio, ac unit.  What I wanted to know was does the installer have to custom make a dash to fit the tv correctly, or does somebody sell custom dashes for those types of conversions. the vehicle I saw was a 2004 dodge magnum.. they took out the oem radio and ac unit.. they moved the a/c unit in the arm rest. .. So basically I am asking is there a web site that sell custom modifications as such.. if so whats the address..

Thanks

Not that I know of. Most of the time, you just mold the screen into the dash. It's really not that hard. Check out HzEmall.com, they have a few projects like that in the misc section of their gallery.

go to the fiberglass + interiors section on this site also, that's were most people talk about it, if you want to make it easy hzemall has this plastic bond stuff that's pretty good for molding dash things like that
