im installing a avn DD in a sienna today and the van has factory flipdown tv but it only turns on with the factory radio plugged in. i metered the wires in the black plug it needs to power up but they are only showing 2.45 v when the key is on. please help asap

Did you meter it loaded or unloaded it'll drop when connected. If so find apropriate resister impedance and connect with 12 v rem + output.

i ended up relocating the factory radio under the seat and retained the factory options.
