Hello Pro's I have a 2 part question,
First part the dvd player has decided to stop taking disks and if it does take one it will not eject??
Second part i am having a really hard time getting the sound correct i have an 03 Silverado reg cab with component speakers in the front factory speakers in the back and an Infinity Bass Link hooked up to the sub outs. Is there any help documents on getting this stereo fine tuned? Any help would be great.

there are very detailed "tuning" options on the EQ screen. it took me awhile to find it. youre cd drive not accepting discs: be sure your disc is horizontal, a tilt up especially can cause problems. otherwise, replace the headunit.
