If this is like the Chrysler Town & Country, then there are about 12 - 15 philips screws in various locations just under the steering clolumn, under the radio, on top where the dash meets the windshield and by the driver side door when you open the door. THe whole things is held together by these screws and by spring steel clips. Carefully pull on the dash trim when you think that you have all the screws out and if there is spots where it's really tight to pull on make sure that there are no scres somewhere behind a trim that you have to get to.

The doors I'm not familiar with but most doors have about 4 - 6 screws holding the trim together. Look for plugs on the door that need to be removed as this is usually where they will be. If you power windows it will be easier to take off but if you have manual windows then you will need to take out the gold clip that holds the window roll down arm in place. You will need a special tool for this but if you do not have the tool use a 90 degree pick  and you can usually get into there and pull this out of the arm.
