I start my first installer job in over 5 years on Monday. It seems no matter how hard you try to get out, it always ends up sucking you back in. I got on with a reputable shop that treats its people well, pays commission & has benefits. The install manager has been there for 22 years. The owner has managed to keep the company doing well even in this economy & their poised to do really well once the economy picks back up. I've definitely missed the ridiculousness of the industry. I guess my Snap-On collection has rested long enough. Wish me luck...

Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
