I have an inline fuse set up before a power inverter in a bus, the fuse blew and I am trying to replace it. I took out the fuse and it is labeled AUE 70. I tried going to all my local auto stores and electronics stores but had no luck. It is a 12v system. The fuse is about the same size as an AGU fuse but the filament inside is much smaller. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement fuse or maybe an equivalent AGU fuse?

AUE and AGU appear to be the same.   Do a search for aue fuse.

I have searched everywhere locally and online. They seem to be the same size but the filaments inside are much smaller on AUE fuses. I have found some information but haven't found anywhere to buy it.

If it is rated the same, then it shouldn't matter. AFAIK, and AGU/AUE type fuse is only good , up to 60 Amps, anyway.(Because of their connection points inside the gold cap). A 70 Amp AGU fuse SHOULD work the same as a 70 Amp AUE fuse. $2 or so , locally...

Simple rule, if it fits and has the same rating.....

Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
