Two Battery Setup Wiring In Drag Car

Hello, I’m new to the group and was hoping someone could give me some advice on some wiring for a drag car. See attached my diagram (I hope it makes sense). Can anyone tell me if this setup will work on my two battery system?

The batteries are connected parallel with a master cutoff switch. Basically I want to run power to my relay/fuse box from one battery and run power to the starter & MSD ignition box from the other. The car will have a switch to turn on the ignition and then a push button start along with switches for the fan and pumps.
