Does any one know the location of the door lock/unlock relay on an 03 silverado?

There isn't any relay for the door locks anymore. The driver's door module inside the driver's door controls the door locks via data signals. The module is activated by the switches in the driver's door lock/ power window switch assembly. These switches send a data signal to the door modules. The door modules in both front doors then decode the data signal and send power to each actuator. If you want to remotely control the door locks via an alarm or remote starter, invest in a data interface module for this vehicle. Many companies offer them and are easy to hook up inside the dash.
