Hi everyone.... I was Recently asked to modify front fenders for my cousins  95 neon. and the fenders he's got ones are already made up and all but there short where it should meet up wit the head lights and back towards the door, so basically its to small. I was wondering if any one had any suggestions on extending on to them that could help. Or should I just make new fenders using the the stock metal fenders. and if I use the old fenders and molds how do I go about doing that? Please Help me if you can. thanks.

you need to make your mould first, based on the fender.
then you fiberglass over the mould, the resulting product will come out the exact size of the original fender.
