Hello everyone one the boards, Im new here, and this site is great, I came here today looking for wire diagrams on my friends 1995 es300, and found a little info, but enuf to get me by.  well as you can see by the title, im not talking lexus, I just bought the new alpine Glidetouch 9855 headunit, and this deck is pimped out !!! I connected the sirius satelite box and got a one year subscription, and i love it so far !!! so my question is this, is there a recomended car kit for that deck specifically, or, are most mute interupt car kits universal ???

I have a tricked out 2000 hyundai tiburon, you can check me out our website, www.rdtiburon.com I am  also known as loneshark over there.

thanks

Most alpines have a mute wire on the back of the radio...any h/f kit out there with a mute wire will mute that radio.

H/F kit means "Hands Free" car kit for your cell phone.

Any hands free car kit should have a mute wire that can interface with your deck, all the decks I have installed work the same. So I am assuming that they are universal.
