I'm not familiar with aftermarket automatic headlight systems. I need to add one to a Honda del Sol, anyone got any suggestions on brand and model. I'm very concerned about reliability, if it fails it's a big safety problem.

DEI makes one, and their stuff never breaks.  The main flaw in their product is that the delayed turn-off time must be set at the time of installation; it is not adjustable by the driver.
