I'm making my self some home speakers out of car audio speakers. I need to know what needs a Zoble stablizer.. is it just the high pass or is it any thing that has a filter on it? if it is everything how do you make the stablizer for a low pass and a band pass?

Hi ensign_lopac, add it to any speaker where the speaker's impedance substantially increases at a frequency within the range of frequencies you filtered to it to prevent the high pass filter from passing lower frequencies than you intented (impedance is relative to frequency). Most often you would use these on tweeters and maybe some small midrange speakers, but what speakers are you using to build your home speakers? Before you add any, check the manufacturer's specs for the speaker's impedance curve. They may not be necessary or if they came with crossovers, and they are needed, they may already contain them.
