best amp for single 12’ type r under 200

Hello all, I am putting an alpine type r in a ported box built to spec.
I am going for the least inexpensive built, so I was wondering what the best amp was for under $200 to power this 600 watt RMS rated sub? Anything off the top of your head?

can you suggest any more that are under $20 and/or tell me which is better quality out of those two. Sub is rated at 600 watts, so will underpowering it with a 500 watt amp in a ported box built to spec be lackluster or still deliver some nice SQ? I am not looking for crazy SPL just want to feel the drums and some bass in my music and not the whole neighborhood.

also found this hifonics amp that is cheaper than both of those listed above, and is rated at a higher RMS of 750 @2 ohms. This seems too good to be try, what is the verdict? is hifonics an okay brand?
