If you could let me know what it is that you are trying to do, I could probably get that information.  Let me know.

If you want to tap off the rear speakers     just tap into them under your rear window deck...this will save you time and wire.....shouldnt it?      If you have more questions   post and I will reply....Jeff

I thought about using the wires that go into the amp for the rear speakers, but I only saw three wires.  It didn't quite make sense, unless there is only 1 ground for both the right and the left.

I would not suggest trying to tap off of the rear speakers, because the 460 set-up is powered by a single 10-20w amp for both of the rear speakers.  I would suggest leaving the rear speakers alone and if you want to run an loc then you might want to pull the drivers side rear quarter panel (interior) and tap off of the wires that lead to the amp and speakers.  You should find them in a small bundle (about 6-10 wires) leading into the trunk.

A guy I work with said, that the signal in the rear, b4 the amp is weak and distorted. He ended up replacing his whole sys. Its hard to convince customers to do the same. I'm still looking for a good signal...need help.

You can buy a kit that is made by PAC, www.go2pac.com, and it will interface directly between the head unit(factory) and the wiring harness. It will provide you 2 low level inputs and 1 remote wire output so you can hook up additional amplifiers.
