Hey guys,
So I have a 2017 ram promaster city. There is a cargo light by side door and another by rear door. The side door light times out after a few minutes but the rear light says on as long as the rear door is open. They only work for the door they are next to.
I read on another forum someone tied the 2 cargo lights together so that they stay on indefinitely if either door is open. There are 3 wires at each light but i read they are wired differently.
Thats as much info as i have and im looking for more.
Can anyone help with this? Which wires would I tie together?
I have already run wire from one to the other. I also installed LED lighting on th ceiling and I want to tie these into that cargo light circuit so that they stay on as long as either door is open.
Which wiring do I need for all of this?
