Hello, a 2013 Chevrolet Silverrado 1500 come to our shop to have the battery replaced now the Silencer remote will work door locks and arm the system but the remote start won't work the key pad shows it is running but it won't crank or start. nothing was touched other than basic battery service. any idea what it could be? thje system is three years old with no prior issues. Thank you

Figured it out had to use the original key FOB started the truck and shut it off then used the Silencer remote and it started the truck and shut off the engine. hope this helps someone in the future.
