problems with ikesound

I tried to call ikesound 2 different times today and both times the lady that answered was very short with me. Both times she told me to e-mail them and my question would be answered shortly. I e-mailed them 2 times-with no response. Has anybody else had this type of response from them? How can you sell anything if you won't talk or e-mail people back?

I live close to them and order many things through them all the time. A matter of fact i am one of the only customers allowed to purchase item and pick them up directly from them. I have really never had a problem with them but i will agree that the girls picking up the phone are very short and a little rude. I do know also the reason why they are a little slow this week is that 2 of the main people are out of the office. so that is probally the reason why.  Be patient with them and call monday ask for sherri (heavy new york jewish accent) she gets in the office around 10 am she has always been very helpful to me.
