I want to add an accessory fuse panel in my car for all my 12V accessories. I'm going to have a decent gauge wire going to the relay and the same going to the fuse panel. I want the fuse panel to be hot only when the key is in the acc. position. Is my wiring diagram correct? Also, I have a push button start without a relay. The starter takes a lot of juice and right now it's going through the button which i'm assuming isn't too good. I want to put in a relay so the relay can take the amperage and not the button. Is my starter button diagram correct? Thanks everyone.

The overview looks correct, just be sure to wire to the appropriate terminals on the relay. (I'll assume you have this much figured out and just wanted an abbreviated diagram)
One thing to consider for the accessory panel:
If you want it to be hot ONLY with the key in ACC position you will need to add something else. When the ignition is in on the ON position, ACC is also hot. So you would need to wire the relay in such a fashion that its hot only with ACC and breaks if IGN goes hot.
Terminal 87a: ACC wire from ignition switch
Terminal 30: Accessory Output
Terminal 86: Ignition 1 from ignition switch
Terminal 85: GND
With this setup terminal 30 is hot when the key is in the ACC position and when you switch to "on" or "crank" the relay will close breaking your ACC connection.
I want it hot when the key is in the acc. position and the on position.
