I need pin 87 to output a slightly smaller gauge wire so that I can jump the wires like this so I can buss terminals together.

This can not be achieved with the 12ga wire, the 14-12ga Metri-Pack 280 terminals I cant get two 12ga wires crimped propery into one terminal. Just too much wire.

it will depend on what you are powering with the relay. If what you are working with can run off of the smaller wire, then you should be fine. If you need larger wire to make sure that all of the circuits have enough current then you will need larger wire.

If I am understanding your circuit correctly, you could always run multiple wires from your bottom circuit board to the output of your relay. This would allow you bigger wire to the board.

I have (4) wire leads from the igntion switch to the fuse panel where they are crimped to bussed pack-con III terminals like this.

(1)Orange - Hot in run

The RED wires to the IGN switch, and the ORN, BRN, and PNK wires between the IGN switch and the fuse block are not fused. They are protected by a fusible link at the alternator. If you connect your relay supply to the RED, it will not really be protected.

There are several taps for power on the fuse box. I would use one of these for your accessories.
